Cancelations and Returns


Order Cancelations

Customers have the option to cancel their order if they would like in most scenarios.

 

Pre-Order Cancelations:

In the case of a Pre-Order Cancelation, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order through your account page. After the 24-hour time window, please reach out to our customer support team at support@prime1studio.co.jp

 

Please note that the initial deposit (10% of the product price) is non-refundable.

 

In Stock Cancelations:

One-time payment:

When you place an order with a one-time payment, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order through your account page. Please note that after those 24 hours have passed, we will not be able to cancel the order.

 

 

Monthly installment payment:

In the case of a cancelation regarding an In Stock order with monthly installments, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order through your account page. After the 24-hour time window, please reach out to our customer support team at support@prime1studio.co.jp

 

Please note that the initial deposit (10% of the product price) is non-refundable.

 

 

Returns

If there is a defect or malfunction with your item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will be able to assist you. Please note that in some cases we may not be able to do an exchange. In those cases, we will issue a refund for the product.


Products with defects are handled through repair or replacement, and in cases where an item is irreparable, a refund may be considered. Unfortunately, cancellations or refunds based on personal preferences are not accommodated. For non-defect-related returns, customers are responsible for the associated return shipping costs.

Inquiring About Damaged Goods

If you purchased directly from our website, please contact our after-care service team via support@prime1studio.co.jp as soon as possible together with the pictures of damaged parts, the statue’s serial number, and the order number.

If you did not purchase it directly from our website, we suggest that you contact the place where you purchased the item. They can assist you with exchanges, replacement parts, or refunds depending on their policy.
