We have confirmed that a certain manufacturing factory, which is one of our business partners, has made unilateral claims regarding payment matters toward our company, and that such claims have been circulating on social media and other platforms.
However, to the best of our understanding, there is absolutely no outstanding payment owed by our company.
On the contrary, in order to support production, we have already made advance payments exceeding the contracted amount.

In connection with this transaction, we have further confirmed that the factory applied pressure, including demanding that we sign an agreement containing unreasonable terms, placing us in a situation where we had no choice but to comply.
In addition, the factory has engaged in conduct that interferes with our business operations and damages our reputation, including conducting auctions of molds used in the production of our statues, carrying out protest activities targeting our office in China, and making improper billing claims.

In response, we are working in cooperation with relevant authorities and professional advisors to clarify the facts and proceed with the necessary procedures.
We will take strict action, including legal measures, against acts that may constitute the dissemination of false information, obstruction of business, or defamation, as well as other wrongful conduct.

While we sincerely regret the concern this matter may have caused, we would like to assure our customers that the following products, which have been mentioned on social media and other platforms, are already in production.
We will ensure delivery to all purchasers as scheduled and under our responsibility. Please rest assured.
