With the recent new product for pre-order last week, it seems that the promo campaign code FOREVER50 to get a $50 discount on the purchase of MMBM-01/01UT: Batman or MMBM-03 Robin from Batman Forever didn’t work properly.
In fact, even though one of these two items has been already pre-ordered, the coupon code failed to be redeemed.
After having received some feedbacks from many customers, we have solved the issue and re-activated the promo code. We are sorry for the trouble this may causes you all.
If you have already pre-order both Batman and Robin, but you didn’t received the discount deduction, please contact us at support@prime1studio.co.jp and we will be able to assist in order to solve the issue and give you the chance to use the discount of $50.
